Richard Allan have a current BBC licence to manufacture the LS3/5as, AB1s and may be able to sell spare parts including drive units, cabinets and crossovers. Their sister company Recone Lab can fix broken drive units.
Wilmslow Audio have crossover components.
Falcon Acoustics can supply real BBC crossovers type FL6/23 (15 ohm version) plus other useful parts. There is a fascinating article about the LS3/5a crossover on their site.

Current KEF agents, carry and will get current B110 and T27 replacements if available from Kef. Used to be Rogers Agents as well and a number of the staff seem to have passion for the 3/5a (and have the AB1) and are prepared to help give and advice etc. (Not sure if they do repairs etc but did hear that they stipped the black finish on an AB1 and matched it in colour and finish etc for a customer !!!)

the 3/5a, including the older models? Still seem to have some other Rogers models
for sale but not the 3/5a (but on demo !)
