If you do not understand high-voltage safety procedures do not attempt to build a tube amplifier.
The HT voltage will kill
Thanks to Steve G4BWG for the loan of the Bird dummy load. It's only rated at 500W but seems happy at 1kW for reasonable periods and doesn't get too hot. I will give it back one day Steve :-)
